ASSA website not responding as expected
If the ASSA website does not respond correctly or freezes follow the steps below to fix the issue
- Log out of the ASSA website then login again (This refreshes your session)
- Try another web
browser (Often the issue is browser specific)
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- If working in another browser:
- Check for Pop-up Blockers (Sometimes these stop pages from loading eg. tutorials
- Locate the Pop-Up Blocked notification
- Select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://members.assa.com.au/"
- Then select Save or done
- Clear Caches and
browsing history (This is specific to each browser and may be why the ASSA website will work in one browser but not another)
