If you are unable to access your ASSA account, follow these steps to regain access.
1. Forgotten Username/Email Address
If you have forgotten your username or email address contact our support team on 1300 131 014
2. Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by providing either your email address or username.
- On the ASSA Website
- In the top right corner select “Login”
- Then “Forgot Password"

- Enter your Username or Email Address at the prompt and click “Request Password Reset"

- You will receive an email with a link to reset your password
For security this will expire in 5 hours or after password reset, whichever comes first.
- Click the link
- Enter your new password in both boxes provided
- Click "Reset Password"

- Navigate back to: assa.com.au
- Select “Login”

- Enter your new credentials
Password Requirements
For account security reasons your new password must meet the below criteria:
- Must be at least 8 characters long
- Must have at least one(1) number
- Password cannot start with a number
