Using your Location

When you Create an Injury and Incident Case the "Location" field can be filled in two different ways
  1. Manually
  2. Using Location Services (GPS)

Manually:
  1. Type in the location of the Injury/Incident
  2. This can include an address, intersection or building number.

Using Location Services (GPS):
  1. To the right of the Location field select the "Use my Location" pin

  2. This will enter the your current address in to the text field
    1. Be sure to verify this is the correct location as it can vary depending on many factors including: Signal Strength, Weather, Internet Service Provider etc.
NOTE:
  1. The first time you use you use the Location Service on the ASSA site your browser will ask permission to use your location
    1. If you select: "Do Not Allow" the "Use My Location" button will NOT work until you change your browser settings
  2. If the Location Services option does not work or you get an error message check your Browsers Location settings
