Remove a file from “MY DOCS”

Remove a file from “MY DOCS”

Follow these steps to remove a file from "MY DOCS" (Document Management System) 


  1. Navigate to “MY DOCS” (This can be found on the top row of the ASSA website)
  2. Select “My Categories” on the left 



  3. Locate the file to be removed
  4. Select the delete icon (x in red circle) to the right of the file name



  5. The dialog box that appears lists how many versions and notes will be deleted with this file
  6. If you are sure you wish to proceed press “DELETE DOCUMENT”

 

This document including previous versions and notes will no longer be available

If any courses (INDUCTION OR TRAINING) link to this document the links will no longer work and need to be updated/removed from those courses.
