Unable to update your profile
If you cannot update your profile:
-Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page
-Check for error message near the “Update Profile” button (often in
red text)
Usually this is due to a mandatory field being left blank.

must update your password.
Both: “Password” and “Confirm Password” fields must
have the same password.

Password requirements:
- Cannot start with a number or any special characters
- At least 8 characters
- No more than 20 characters
- Must contain at least 1 number
