How to create an Online Employee Contract

Follow these steps to customise your Employment Contracts

You can then store for future reference and download again when needed



Create customised Employment Contract:
  1. Highlight "MY COMPLIANCE" (This can be found on the top row of the ASSA website)
  2. Select "ONLINE FORMS"


  3. Locate the correct form from the list (eg. Casual, Full-time or Part-time)
  4. To the right of the desired form, select: "Online form" 


  5. Fill in the form as needed



  6. The "Folder Name" field is where the form will be saved in "My Docs"



    1. If you wish to continue later, Select: "Save and Continue" 
    2. If you have completed the form, Select: "Save and Close" 
  7. Further instructions will be displayed on how to view or Download the completed document


View/Download existing Employment Contracts:
  1. Select “MY DOCS” (This can be found on the top row of the ASSA website)


  2. On the left, under Categories, select “My Checklists and Forms” 


  3. Select: "My Online Forms"
  4. Expand "Open Forms" or "Closed Forms" (Depending on how you saved the form above)


  5. Locate the "Folder Name" (You entered this when creating the form)
  6. You will then see a list of forms that are saved to this folder
  7. Locate the form you need
  8. Select the appropriate action on the right:
    1. Open Forms: Edit

    2. Closed Forms: Download, Re-Open, Archive
