Filter/Search "My People"

ASSA has provided multiple Filters and Search options in "MY PEOPLE" to assist in finding an Employee/Contractor OR a group (Such as those who have not yet completed inductions)

Follow the steps below to use the Filters and Search options
  1. On the top row, highlight “MY TEAM”
  2. Select “MY PEOPLE”


You will now see the first ten (10) Employees/Contractors in alphabetical order.

Note: By Default, the "User Status" filter is set to ONLY show Active People

At the bottom of the list you will see:
  1. The page number you are on
  2. Total Pages
  3. Page Size
  4. Total number of People that fall under the Filters/Search Above



Filters and Search can be found directly above the MY PEOPLE list

Filters:

User Status
  1.       All
  2.       Active
  3.       Non-Active
  4.       Visitors
User Type
  1.       All
  2.       Employee
  3.       Contractor
Induction Status:
  1.       All
  2.       Not Inducted
  3.       Induction in Progress
  4.       Induction Complete
User Field 
  1.       (Any Custom Fields you may have added) 

Search Fields:
Name
      (First or Last name can be entered)
Company Name
Email
      (Full or partial email can be entered)



Note: You can use all filters at the same time however 1 or 2 is usually enough to list the users you are looking for
Using more filters (at the same time) may cause the results to load slower

To apply the filters:
      Press "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard
      or
      Select a blank section of the page
