Create an Injury and Incident Case

Follow the below steps to document an Injury or Incident: 


First, navigate to IIR Cases

From the top of the screen:

  1. Highlight: “MY TEAM”>“MY CASES”
  2. Select "INJURY & INCIDENT CASES”


  3. At the top right of the page select “New Case” 


    Mandatory Fields:
    1. Date & time of incident: Type or select
    2. Location: Type or use current location (Green location icon)

    3. Description: Type details in text box
    4. Incident types:  Select check boxes (Injury/Illness, Vehicle/Mobile Plant, Vehicle/Mobile Plant, Property, Environment, Near Miss)
      1. All "Incident types" (excluding Near Miss) produce more required fields
    5. Has incident been reported to insurance provider? (Yes/No)

  4. Once all details have been entered click "SAVE CASE REPORT"
    1. If any mandatory fields have been left blank those fields will be highlighted in Red
    2. Complete mandatory fields and click "SAVE CASE REPORT"


After the case report has been saved you will be taken to the "Injury and Incident Case" list
If you need to add any additional details select the case in this list
